meet Victoria.

Although I have a Master’s in Intellectual Property, I’m more at home in the colourful world of the creative entrepreneur. I’ve always been fascinated by IP and Media Law (geeky, moi?), but I struggled to fit into the straight-laced corporate world of the big practices.

Whilst I was on maternity leave I decided to explore a new path and established an event and wedding planning business, where I gained valuable experience running a small creative brand. Being my own boss and running a business in a way that worked with my family commitments and my values was like a breath of fresh air, but the bug for law never went away. I also learnt first-hand the challenges small businesses face trying to access professional services in an affordable and relevant way.

So Victoria Hall IP is where my two wonderful worlds of law and creativity collide. And I can now share my legal know-how with small creative businesses in an accessible, practical and thoroughly modern way.

MY

transparency

IP should be easy to access for small businesses. I provide affordable services in neat packages designed for your type of business. I am clear about what you get and what it costs.

FORWARD-THINKING

Your ideas deserve better protection. I bring IP out from the cold into the fold to provide a modern approach that understands your commercial objectives and supports your ambitions for the future.

Community

Creatives shouldn’t have to struggle alone. I build personal relationships and provide ongoing help when and where you need it. I am always at the end of the phone and happy to talk.

Lightness

IP shouldn’t be intimidating or stuffy. I want to change perceptions of the role of IP in a creative business, and demonstrate how it can be inspiring and uplifting.
